HOTEL BUSINESS FORUM 2026

Organizer: MEHMONXONALAR ASSOTSIATSIYASI

1. General Provisions

This public offer (the “Offer”) is an official proposal of MEHMONXONALAR ASSOTSIATSIYASI (the “Organizer”) to any individual or legal entity (the “Participant”) to enter into an agreement for participation in the business forum.

Acceptance of the Offer is carried out by making payment. From the moment of payment, this Offer becomes a valid contract.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Organizer undertakes to provide the Participant with the right to participate in the HOTEL BUSINESS FORUM 2026, and the Participant undertakes to pay the participation fee.

3. Registration and Payment Procedure

The cost of participation is specified in the forum announcement or commercial proposal provided by the Organizer and agreed with the Participant in writing or electronically.
Payment is made via bank card through the RahmatPAY payment system or other agreed methods.
Payments are accepted in Uzbek soums (UZS), Russian (RUB), US dollars (USD), and euros (EUR).

4. Forum Details and Participation Terms

The forum is held offline on 13–14 February 2026 at Hilton Tashkent City, Ballroom.
The right to participate is granted upon confirmation of payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation 14 calendar days or more before the forum start date — 100% refund.

Cancellation less than 14 days before the forum start date — non-refundable.

In exceptional cases (including force majeure), partial refunds may be issued at the Organizer’s discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

7. Payment Security

All online payments are protected by the RahmatPAY payment system infrastructure.

8. Confidentiality

The Organizer processes Participants’ personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and uses it solely for the purposes of organizing and conducting the forum.

10. Final Provisions

Payment of the participation fee constitutes full acceptance of this Offer.
The agreement is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment.
